Use this form to request deletion of your Msafiri Agent account, your experience listings and the data we hold about you.

What we hold about you

Agent profile & identity
Display name, profile photo, bio, phone number and email address.
Experience listings
All experiences, packages and slots you created as an agent on the platform.
Booking records
History of bookings made through your listings, including traveller details.
Location data
GPS coordinates and regions associated with your listed experiences.
Earnings & payoutsRetained
Financial transaction records are kept for 7 years as required by tax law.
Reviews received
Traveller reviews about your experiences — anonymised once you delete.

Identity verification
Up to 48 h · We confirm the request came from the account owner via the email you provide.

Grace period
30 days · Your account is suspended but not yet wiped. Email us to cancel within this window.

Data deletion
Up to 7 days · Personal data is permanently removed. Anonymised analytics may be retained.

Confirmation email
Immediate · We send you a final confirmation once deletion is complete.

You can start the same request in Msafiri Agent under Settings → Account → Delete account.
